Because every product sold on this store is a digital virtual item delivered instantly in-game, we DO NOT offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you fully acknowledge and accept this policy.

1 No Refund Policy

Once a purchase is completed and the digital goods are delivered in-game, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any of the following circumstances:

Username changes or account migration
Account loss or account sharing issues
Parental disagreement after purchase
Receiving a ban from the server
Quitting the MortalShade SMP server
Not using the purchased benefits
Server downtime or maintenance

2 Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment gateway after receiving purchased products is considered payment fraud.

Doing so will result in:

An immediate, permanent ban of your Minecraft account from the MortalShade SMP Network
IP address ban from all MortalShade SMP services
Removal of all purchased benefits, ranks, and items
Possible reporting to relevant fraud prevention authorities

3 Delivery Issues

If your purchase was not delivered within 30 minutes of payment, please contact our support team via Discord before opening any payment dispute.

We will manually investigate and resolve legitimate delivery issues promptly.

4 Correct Username Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. MortalShade SMP is not responsible for rewards delivered to an incorrect username entered by the customer. Always double-check your username before completing payment.
