Every purchase is completely optional. You are purchasing because you wish to receive in-game perks and support the MortalShade SMP server. MortalShade SMP never forces, pressures, or requires anyone to spend money.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because every product sold is a digital virtual item that is delivered immediately, we DO NOT offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to: username changes, account loss, parental disagreement, being banned, or quitting the server. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving purchased products is considered payment fraud and will result in:
Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes after payment confirmation. If your purchase has not arrived within 30 minutes, please contact MortalShade SMP Support via Discord before opening any payment dispute.
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. MortalShade SMP is not responsible for rewards delivered to an incorrect username entered by the customer. Double-check your username before completing a payment.
MortalShade SMP may modify, rebalance, remove, replace, rename, or discontinue any perk, rank, feature, package, or product at any time without prior notice. Gameplay balance adjustments may be required after purchase. These changes do not qualify for refunds.
Purchasing products does not exempt players from following MortalShade SMP server rules. Breaking server rules may result in temporary or permanent bans, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
